STANDARD SPECIFICATION
CONSTRUCTION
Premdor PVCu patio doors are supplied with an assemble on site outer frame, incorporating concealed drainage.
The doors achieve severe weather rating for water and air penetration in accordance with BS6375.
HANDING
PVCu Patio Doors can be installed with either right or left hand door sliding.
GLAZING
All doors are supplied with 24mm thick Low 'E' double glazed units, to BS6206:Class A and manufactured under kitemark licence.

VENTILATION
Ventilators provide 8000 sq m which is in compliance with Section F1 of the 1995 Regulations for new build dwellings.
SECURITY
The doorset is complemented with a factory fitted four point locking system and dual access key cylinder. Anti-lift blocks are also a feature which, combined, provide excellent protection against unwanted intrusion.
GUARANTEES
PVCu patio doors and sealed double glazed units are guaranteed for 10 years against manufacturing and material defects.
