Double glazed with 24mm Low 'E' units. Door thickness 58mm. Made in the U.K. STANDARD SPECIFICATION CONSTRUCTION Brittany 24 terrace entrance doorsets are designed to meet the ever increasing specification requirements of the Building Regulations. Specifically, to meet Part L demands, the doorsets feature 24mm Low 'E' glazing units as standard. Additionally the drained and vented glazing system ensures longevity once in service. Part M demands low level thresholds to allow access to the dwelling, which is also offered by these doorsets, in 1790mm size and subject to appropriate installation. Doors are treated with a factory applied stain ready for on site decoration with the exterior paint or high build stain of your choice. Lower panels incorporate insulation material sandwiched between panel faces and embedded in mastic to resist water penetration. Softwood doorsets have hardwood sills. Doors and frames are fully assembled at our factory. Doors are outward opening. GLAZING All doors are supplied with factory double glazed 24mm Low 'E' units made from toughened glass in accordance with BS6206: Class A. Glazing bars are either astragal bars within the one piece glazing units, or alternatively, plant on timber bars at our option. IRONMONGERY The range is supplied complete with ironmongery, including an espagnolette four point locking system. One pair of door handles is fitted as standard to the left hand leaf when viewed from the outside. DIMENSIONS Door thickness: 58mm (2 1/4"). All terrace entrance doors are 2097mm high, actual size.
