SUB-FRAME Manufactured in hardwood, the mahogany effect base stained kiln dried sub-frame is mortice and tenon jointed with an internal rebate and protruding sill section. Further decorative treatment should be applied to the sub-frame using high build stains. GLAZING Aluminium patio doors are supplied with minimum 18mm thick double glazed units, using toughened safety glass to BS6206:Class A, and manufactured under kitemark licence. SECURITY Doors are supplied with a high security four point locking system with a dual access key cylinder. An anti-lift block gives additional security. VENTILATION Ventilators provide 8000 sq. mm of ventilation which is in compliance with section F1 of the 1995 Building Regulations for new build dwellings.
