Wordsworth Embossed Doors Wordsworth embossed doors offer an economical alternative to the moulded panel door product. Shallow profiled designs. Pre-primed faces, ready for painting. Mobility and fire doors available. Made in UK. STANDARD SPECIFICATION CONSTRUCTION Wordsworth doors have shallow embossed hardboard faces. They are available in 4, 5 and 6 panel and 4 panel bi-fold versions, all with a grain effect and supplied factory primed for on site finishing. BI-FOLD DOORS Bi-fold doors have matching faces on both sides making them ideal for use as room dividers and wardrobe doors. They are supplied pre-hinged, complete with folding gear and fixing instructions. DOOR WIDTHS Please note that due to construction methods the 19218 door has narrower stiles than other Wordsworth doors. The 19219 door has three panels only. DIMENSIONS Door Thickness: Fireshield: 44mm (1 3/4") Standard Imperial doors: 35mm (1 3/8") Standard Metric doors: 40mm Lock block fitted centrally on one side on hollow core doors. Bi-fold sizes shown are nominal sizes. Actual doors sizes are slightly smaller to allow for door gear. FIRE DOORS See relevant Premdor data sheet for more details if required. Fireshield: FD30 rate when hung in appropriate frame with intumescent strips in jambs and head or top and long edges of door. Single leaf doors can be used as fire door pairs provided installation criteria are adhered to. Please contact Premdor for more advice.
