STANDARD SPECIFICATION
CONSTRUCTION
Superdeluxe doors are fully face finished with lacquer to give a beautifully smooth hard wearing and wipe clean surface. No further treatment is required to faces. Doors are shrink wrapped for protection.
Superdeluxe doors are manufactured using commercially available veneer cuts and lippings. As with any natural material, colour and graining does vary and this should be expected, especially with Anegre.
On exposed lipping doors, lip edges may vary in appearance from the face veneer due to natural graining and colour differences between materials.
Specific veneer cuts and matching can be accommodated for special orders on request. Your distributor can confirm feasibility and pricing.

Firemaster: 54mm (2 1/8")
Standard Imperial doors: 35mm (1 3/8") unless otherwise indicated.
Standard Metric doors: 40mm
Lock block fitted centrally on one side.
Bi-fold sizes shown are nominal sizes. Actual door sizes are slightly smaller to allow for door gear.
FIRE DOORS
All Range Guide fire doors are compliant with British Standards and the BWF Certifire Scheme. See relevant Premdor data sheet for more details if required.
FIRESHIELD: FD30 rated when hung in suitable frame with intumescent strips in jambs and head or top and long edges of door.
FIREMASTER: FD60 fire rated when hung in appropriate frame with intumescent strips in jambs or top and long edges of the door.
Single leaf Fireshield doors can be used as fire door pairs provided installation criteria are adhered to. Note that if matched veneer pairs are required, these should be ordered as made to order specials. Please contact Premdor for more advice.
MOBILITY DOORS
926x2040mm and 864x1981mm (2'10"x6'6") doors are available in most finishes.
