Honey Oak & Golden Oak Moulded Panel Doors Pre-stain finish moulded panel doors in Oak grain to offer the looks and feel of a traditional six panel timber door. Pre-stain wood grain effect in golden or honey oak. Fully face finished. Optional semi-solid core available. Made in the UK. CONSTRUCTION Doors are pre-stain finished and ready to install. The grained six panel design offers the appearance of a traditional timber door. In recreating this look, the individual finishing of door panels means that variation in appearance may occur between faces. On all doors, edges require on site staining to finish. STANDARD HOLLOW CORE Economy core specification, with single lock block, for light duty applications. SEMI-SOLID CORE Optionally, doors can be supplied with a semi-solid core (in the sizes shown only) to offer a heavier feel to the doors. GLAZED DOORS Glazed Golden and Honey oak doors are supplied with 4mm bronzed glass, toughened to BS6206: Class A. The single light door features a glass design created from applied leading, beautiful yet practical. 15 light and 20 light pairs feature a single sheet of glass with a glazing cassette creating the multi-pane appearance. Glazing cassettes may be either finished timber or PVCu, at our option. FIRE DOORS All Range Guide fire doors are compliant with British Standards and the BWF Certifire Scheme. See relevant Premdor data sheet for more details if required. Fireshield: FD30 rated, when hung in appropriate frame with intumescent strips in jambs and head, or top and long edges of door. Please Note Single leaf doors can be used as fire door pairs provided installation criteria are adhered to. Please contact Premdor for more advice.
